AMAZING! Love this practice!! Dr. Rilley is the best of the best!!!

Dr Syal is very personable and spends ample time answering questions. His office is pleasant and the staff is professional. He recently did a surgical procedure for me that was a great success for a particular problem I had. I highly recommend Dr Syal.

Dr. Everson is terrible. She rushes sessions. Doesn’t explain anything to patients and has the worst beside manner. If you are on your first child I urge you to not use Dr. Everson. When you come into the office you will wait no less than 2-3 hours for your appt to start. Every appt I had was at least 4 hrs long. If she wasn’t off delivering a baby in the middle of our appt then she was just off running circles in the hallway. This was just for a simple check up for my second pregnancy. I would see Dr. Everson running through the halls like a chicken with her head cut off. Never making eye contact and never showing interest in any patients. At our appointments Dr. Everson would rush in and run through whatever she wanted to talk about. She never discussed how far along in my pregnancy I was. How I was feeling or what to expect in the next stage of pregnancy. She NEVER provided education or tips of how to manage pregnancy. All encounters were cold and direct. She would state that “everything looks great. Ultrasound was normal. Do you have any questions?” My question is if you are the doctor shouldn’t YOU be doing the educating. Patients don’t know what they don’t know? It is your responsibility to educate patients on what to expect. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and 1 hour in the examination room for a 5 min appt. Make it make sense. After two poor encounters with her I made the decision to take my services elsewhere. The lack of concern, lack of education given to patients and lack of patience during our appointments made me uncomfortable enough for me to fear for myself and my child’s safety. As a nurse practitioner I know a thing or two about patient care and as a African American women I know I can’t take any chances especially with the maternal death rate being so high in my community. I need to feel 100% confident that myself and my child are safe in our doctors hands and I did not feel that with Dr. Everson. If you choose to continue with this Doctor you need to do your research on her. The reviews floating around will give you a glimpse of other patients experience. Make sure you open your eyes and ears and make a decision that’s best for you. Always make safety your priority and trust your gut instincts.

I highly recommend Dr. Westmoreland. She takes the time to listen and is extremely knowledgeable. She always makes you feel comfortable, and her staff is friendly.

I spoke to Melissa on the phone regarding new patients and making an appointment. She was extremely rude sounded so annoyed by me asking questions. That was enough for me to decide not to go there despite the good reviews.

Dr. Westmoreland is the best! So thankful to have her as an OBGYN! She takes the best care of you!
