If I could give them less than a star I would! Staff was so rude and impersonable. The worst I've ever been treated. My regular OBGYN was completely booked and I decided to try and get an appointment here because there really was a long wait, I should have just waited. The staff was rude, sent me to the restroom and I kept asking exactly where it was NOBODY answered me. Medical assistant gave me dirty looks and had the worst tone to her voice. The doctor even hurt me during her exam!! Would NEVER reccomend to anyone ever! I am so upset! I'll never come here again would rather wait a month and a half for a GOOD doctor with GOOD staff.
I found Dr. Syal and Woodlands OB/GYN when I moved here 4 years ago and needed a new gynecologist locally. Through two jobs, three insurance switches, and now a pregnancy, they have been wonderful and easy to work with! The staff is sweet, caring, and totally professional and my husband and I really enjoy Dr. Syal's patient care style. It really matches what we were hoping for in a doctor for our first child. They have taken every question I ask seriously and with concern and definitely helped when I had questions or issues. Highly recommended!
