Terrible first experience. I drove from Livingston to see her for a first time for a emergency infection. Called and called the office for directions there closed from 12-2 my appt was 1:45 got there at 1:30 but because of the line at valet and given the wrong suite I didn’t get it right til 1:55 then after waiting in line it was 1:58 she said well let me ask if we can see you 15 min late we make you reschedule. I said well it was 10 min . Horrible experience . Then after filling out paperwork and waiting 10 min they call me in a office to tell me she’s sick and going home. Are you serious ???? I’ll have to go to the er . She didn’t even respond ... wow ! If I could leave minus ———-5 stars I would.

I called the office last week looking to schedule an appointment with Dr.Everson, the receptionist said we are fully booked , until next year then I asked about the other doctors and she said we are fully booked also until next year . I said ok thank you , then before hanging up she asked “what insurance do you provide , I answered self pay” her response was sorry but we only do new patients with medical insurance “. That was the very first I have ever heard that . -I was really unhappy because I did wanted to try a different obgyn since mine is moving . Maybe next time I will have better luck 😊

I've seen Westmoreland for over 20 years, she's delivered 4 babies from me, the last being the most eventful of course. She has an incredible bedside manner! Dr. Riley is new there and is also very loving! Love this office and wouldn't dream of going any where else! I seriously select my families healthcare plan each year based on if this office is covered or isn't covered!

WORST experience ever!!! I had to take the day off to be able to make the appointment on time. Needless to say, I made the appointment A MONTH AGO. I managed to come 30 minutes early to fill out the forms. After 45 minutes time I spent at the office to fill all the forms, I was called into the room and I was told that Dr. Reilly had to leave early and she’ll be back late afternoon but she’s not going to see patients. And she’s not gonna be back for another two weeks. Why would you ask me to fill all the forms and why didn’t you tell me all these in the first place?! I requested to be seen by other doctors if it’s doable and the answer was no. All the doctors are out to deliver while I could see them and the patients in and out. I asked to be rescheduled and they couldn’t schedule me for another month. I’m so not coming back.
