I had the testosterone pellet inserted 4 times by doctor Westmoreland and the 5th time by Dr. Syal. After my last pellet 13 weeks ago I started losing my hair due to high testosterone levels converting to DHT, but that's nothing compared to the cancer it causes when excess testosterone gets converted to one of the types of estrogen that causes breast cancer. I'm not sure which type causes uterine cancer. It would have been nice to know from the doctor that once you start your body will not produce it's own testosterone anymore leaving you with physical withdrawals. Their website says that low testosterone causes hair loss and acne when those are the side effects of high testosterone that you won't be able to regulate the doses with pellets. When I called to talk to the nurse about my hair loss she pretended to have never heard of that happening before, but was quick to call in a rx of Spirolactin.
Dr. Westmoreland is so energetic, down-to-earth and professional! She listens to my every worry and assures me and offers options. And Randi, who messages me on the online portal-best thing ever! Instant feedback and help with appointments too! Love this place-and it's the prettiest doc offices evah!

I'm leaving this group of OB-GYN. The wait time for an annual is 6 months from the time you call, even if have been an established patient with surgery background and prior issues. They told me they called me back in March, but I never received such a call to schedule for my appointment. The last time I was there for an appointment, I waited almost an hour to be seen by the Dr. Everson. Also, I felt that I was told one thing at my annual with regards to needing a procedure done because my PAP and Ultrasound looked abnormal. I go have the procedure and all I receive is an letter in the mail that everything is normal. I received no phone call, no email, no direct contact from the office or Dr. I think their bed-side manner needs improvement. They have taken on way too many patience and believe the profit out-ways the care. I'm done.
I had started out with Dr. Rielly for my second pregnancy. I really liked her through out my pregnancy. She was down to earth. I did always feel a bit rushed and that my concerns weren’t anything to be concerned about by the way she commented on things. Well fast forward to my delivery. She didn’t deliver my baby but the on call doctor did. That was a bummer. Then I had a mastitis infection one week after giving birth. I had reoccurring infections as I did with my first son which I voiced to both Rielly and her nurse on multiple occasions because I was scared about getting one again. I’ve went to two lactation consultants and done everything possible to not get mastitis but breastfeeding is just too difficult for me. Thus, I require antibiotics. Every infection, I would message or call Dr. Rielly and they would take HOURS to get back to me. As moms know, mastitis progresses quickly. After my third round of antibiotics 3 weeks in a row I wasn’t getting better so I demanded to go to a breast imaging center to see if something more serious was going on. They mentioned to me that the first two antibiotics Rielly prescribed me were not the first one typically given for mastitis.. so that was annoying because I had them back to back. Here we are again, I asked the nurse at 8 am for some antibiotics because I’ve come down with mastitis as I attempt to dry up and they told me to go to the er at 4 pm. It took them all day to even get back to me with the “Er trip” being their final advice. I asked for antibiotics at 8 am. They kept questioning my symptoms and delaying to send out anything or even just have me come in to be checked! An Er trip is $300. So you’re telling me to go to an Er because you can’t provide me with healthcare? (I’ve been to an Er for mastitis with my first baby and they don’t know ANYTHING about lactating mother’s.) I figured my obgyn should know something.. Once you have a baby and they receive their money, they don’t care about you or your postpartum health. This place isn’t supportive of breastfeeding mothers or their health. I’m ashamed of Dr. Rielly. I feel snowed because she seemed caring while I was pregnant, but now it’s just easy to brush off my pain and infections and send me to an ER. I won’t be back here. If you want someone who cares, this is not your place.
I have seen Dr. Westmoreland for years and love everything about her. She’s delivered my babies and has always been incredible. This last pregnancy I needed to switch doctors to Dr. Rielly a week before I was due. I cannot say better things about Dr. Rielly and my experience with her. She was enthusiastic, answered my list of questions kindly and extremely personable. She delivered my baby the next week and did an incredible job. It was by far the best experience in a c-section and I recovered quickly and well. Post c-section, she came to do her rounds in the hospital, sat and took her time as she explained things thoroughly. My follow up appointments with her were consistently good. She remembers things from previous appointments and is extremely professional while personable. You truly cannot go wrong with either Dr. Westmoreland or Dr. Rielly. I wish I could see them both!
Dr. Kellyn Rielly must be the daughter of Mr. Obgynassociates for it to make sense she's is still employed there. Worst experience for me and others I have talked too recently. "I am not here to solve your mental health issues" was one line dropped by her, after she asked what symptoms there are. Reporting to board. Most certainly the first time ever I've been certain enough that a "doctor" should not have a license.
Dr. Rielly is the best!! I have had a wonderful experience going here and delivering my baby boy!! Everyone has been so wonderful!!
