Dr. Everson delivered our baby girl via scheduled c-section (she was 9 pounds, breech, and stubborn). She was a great doctor. I was worried about the c-section but she did a great job and recovery was fairly easy. Our appointments were always rushed, though my pregnancy was largely uncomplicated. I appreciated her laid back style, as it complemented my not-so-laid-back style. She's the reason I'm not giving this practice fewer stars. The receptionists weren't friendly at all. Rarely even said, "hi." Just asked for my name and if my insurance or address changed. No effort to pretend to get to know me, let alone be friendly. Same with the receptionists at check out. I always felt like I was bothering them. I ALWAYS had to wait at least an hour, up to almost 2 hours, for my appointments. As I got towards the end of my pregnancy, they seemed to be able to squeeze me in quickly, but it was awful otherwise. It was explained to me that one of the other doctors had an emergency and had to leave the practice, as such, the other doctors were picking up patients. In this case, this should be communicated with the scheduled patients and the schedule should be adjusted. It is completely unacceptable to keep pregnant women, or really anyone for that matter, waiting for almost two hours for an appointment. Before I began seeing Dr. Everson, I had a few appointments with Dr. Syal. He. Is. Awful. I cannot emphasize this enough - do not see this "doctor." He prescribed me medication I did not actually need. Further, he didn't tell me I needed follow up bloodwork until my second month taking the medication. Then, after I completed the bloodwork, he suggested taking the medication. He didn't even bother to look at my chart to see that I was taking the medication. I don't know how he has his license. I heard from another doctor that Dr. Syal was no longer delivering babies and that is the only reason I came back to this practice after getting pregnant. I would not trust this man to deliver a child.

I started with my annual checkup woth Dr. Rilley. After a a week after my checkup I tested at home for pregnancy and I was pregnant so I called and since at my annual checkup eventhough I express extreme breast tenderness I was never tested for pregnancy I decided to request Dr. Everson. I saw her a couple times and wait time was always over an hour to 1.5hrs. I got a bill for my womens well checkup which according to my insurance it is supposed to be preventative care so I should have not paid a fee for the first checkup. When I called for billing I just got transferred to vm. The other billing problem was when they did the lab work they never informed me they would send it to an out of network provider. The out of network provider since it is not covered by insurance wants over $450 for the blood work and $35 for a urine sample which if it was done in network there would not be a charge for urine sample and the blood work would probably be around the low 100s. I am so lucky I changed practices!!! At the other gynecologist they would always tell me where the lab work would be sent to and an estimate of how much it would cost. When I called to get an itemized billing they did it promptly and I was treated as a person and not a number. If you do choose this practice make sure to ask what lab your labwork/testing will be sent to and make sure which are in network with your insurance!!!

I saw Dr. Jenna Everson for my first pregnancy. I got so lucky finding a great physician for my first pick in an ob/gyn. The ultrasound tech Leanne was top notch, she always shared about herself and her family and made me comfortable and always shared in the excitement of my new addition. Alexa is always there greeting you at the front desk, smiling and friendly. Everson herself was amazing. She is kind of rushed but I liked that because as a working mom, I was ready to get in and out of my appointments and while she was always in a hurry, she never made me feel like I was just a number and she made sure every question I had was answered and answered thoroughly. I went to the ER once because I couldn't feel my son move and I met Syal because he was on call and he was amazing too, great bedside manner. This team is in the building right next to Memorial Hermann so if you go into labor, you know they're right there and can be there in time. I highly suggest this group. Everyone is well mannered and polite, nice, calm, courteous, fast, friendly and the atmosphere is chic and beautiful and clean. I never had to wait long and I had a good handful of ultrasounds, anytime I had a worry (of course still when medically necessary). I could call and speak to a MA at anytime and if I had to leave a message I'd get a call back quick. Let them deliver your kids, you won't regret it. When I get pregnant again, I will go straight back to Everson! Update: Everson has now delivered my second baby. Customer service and patient care was just as wonderful as the first time and baby and I are both healthy as can be. So grateful for Everson! She now practices at Methodist The Woodlands, which had a wonderful birthing center and great classes available. I knew this would be my last baby and I was a little sad that I didn’t ever get to experience a vaginal birth, but after Everson and the team strived to make my birthing experience perfect as can be, they allowed a “gentle cesarean”, with clear curtain and immediate skin to skin, no separation, etc. My birthing experience was amazing thanks to my wonderful physician who listened and cared for my babies and I. After this great experience , I never felt the “emptiness” of having only cesarean births again. My soul is completely satisfied with how my babies were born and my gentle cesarean was perfect, thanks to Doctor Everson. I highly recommend her.

This is the nicest, most clean, most professional OBGYN office in The Woodlands. I have been a patient of Dr. Westmorelands for a few years now. Her nurses are so sweet and knowledgeable. The front office staff are so polite and friendly and Dr. Westmoreland is the best! She truly cares about every single patient. If you're nervous for anything you can put your faith in her! She takes the time to talk to you and you can just tell she genuinely cares about all her patients. I also had my blood work done several times by the same tech, and I actually really like her as well. She makes you feel comfortable and shes the sweetest. Trust is a big factor in any office visit, so I highly recommend this place.
